5 REASONS TO RETREAT WITH US!


You may of noticed when, last September a flock of brave, open & excited birds flew from their nests to a new home... a Portuguese one. The experience was so rewarding we are doing it again, this May 9-13th. Here are our 5 top reasons why we think you should join us for a trip you won't forget.

1. Straight up, IT IS PARADISE

Oh the serenity! 1.5hr drive from Lisbon airport is a sleepy little village, a rural, peaceful place to zen. White washed villages settled in the midst of rolling hills as far as the eye can see. Your home is a 500yr old family run agriturismo farm. Your rustic charming ensuite bedrooms used to be the stables and the farm animals graze by as you float in the infinity pool. The magic of this location does half the work for us, as soon as you arrive, you feel any tension slip away.

2. The ITINERARY

We offer an extensive itinerary, do a little or do it all: Practice yoga twice daily or meditate with the rising & setting of the sun. Jump on a bike to a local village or take a wild country run or walk. Sweat it out with daily HIIT under the shelter of the orange orchard. Star gaze under the blanket of the Portuguese stars. Take a WINE tour to the most stunning winery you'll ever visit. Siesta, float on the pool inflatables, read, walk or just simply BE.

3. CONNECTIONS baby.

Come alone or with a friend, mama bird or sister. Simply put it - we are here to connect with others, there is no more important duty than the connections we make & keep. Let these connections propel you into your new best you!

4. NOURISHMENT

The food here is plant based, local, seasonal produce & homemade! A chance for your body to cleanse, detoxify & compliment your physical activity. From smoothies, brunch bigger than your eyeballs can handle (including Pastel de nada!) Salad lunch ready to graze on when you are hungry & lush candlelit dinners all with a Portuguese influence.

5. BECAUSE HOW MANY DAY OF THE YEAR DO YOU DEDICATE TO YOU?

As a Personal Trainer the number one, most common excuse I get for a lack of regular, consistent exercise & self care into ones life is NO TIME. I'm so sick of hearing this excuse a) MAKE the time, your physical, mental & emotional health are so important and b) This is so bloody sad guys, that ew are so busy doing a million other things that we do not and cannot prioritise our wellbeing.
